Sydney Royer is an appellate attorney who helps clients navigate complex legal claims and defenses. Clients turn to her to draft dispositive motions and appellate briefs in federal and state courts across the country.
Sydney has experience in a broad array of substantive areas, including copyright, ERISA, securities, insurance, energy, professional malpractice, First Amendment, bankruptcy, and commercial disputes. She represents clients at trial, in arbitration, and on appeal.
After graduating from the University of California, Berkeley – School of Law, Sydney clerked for Chief Judge Barbara M.G. Lynn of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and Judge James L. Dennis of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Prior to joining Nadler Nelson, Sydney was an associate at Mayer Brown LLP.
