Lindsay Buchanan Fisher is a high-stakes commercial and tort litigator who represents companies in complex disputes in Texas state and federal courts. Known for her judgment in matters where the exposure is enormous and the facts are still developing, she handles disputes involving industrial accidents and crises, mass actions and incident response, toxic tort claims, fraud litigation, business torts, and significant personal injury and property damage claims. Lindsay has significant experience in every phase of complex litigation, from pre-suit claim assessment and strategy through large-scale discovery, motion practice, mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation. She works with clients in the first hours and days after an incident to assess claims, preserve evidence, and build the record that drives the outcome — an approach that gives clients the leverage to resolve disputes favorably long before a courtroom is required.

Before joining Nadler Nelson, Lindsay practiced complex commercial, tort, and securities litigation in the Houston office of Baker Botts L.L.P.  She began her career at Weiner Brodsky Kider, P.C., a boutique firm in Washington, D.C., defending financial services clients in actions brought under federal and state consumer protection statutes — including the False Claims Act and the TCPA — and in other complex commercial disputes.

Outside the courtroom, Lindsay is deeply invested in the Houston community. She has served on the Board of Trustees of the Houston Symphony, the Steering Committee of the Young Associates Council of the Houston Symphony, the African American Art Advisory Association of the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, and the Young Patrons Circle of the Houston Grand Opera. She maintains an active pro bono practice.
